Include the nature of the business you would like to discuss, the names of all those who wish to attend with you, and a phone number where you can be reached. If the Board agrees, we will arrange for you and your group to speak at our next monthly meeting. Back to top MEETING ETIQUETTE Please do not distribute any literature or set up any displays that have not been approved ahead of time by CCOBH. During question and discussion periods, please keep questions and comments brief and on topic. So that everyone may have a chance to ask questions, please limit yourself to one question and one follow-up question. When everyone has had an opportunity to speak, all those with more questions will be given another opportunity to speak, time permitting. Civility and respect are fundamental.
