Who Can Become a Member of CCOBH? Membership
in CCOBH is open to all incorporated civic/homeowners associations,
maintenance organizations and condominium councils in Brandywine
Hundred. If you think what we do is worthwhile, and are not
already a member, please consider joining. Protecting and enhancing the
quality of life we enjoy in Brandywine Hundred are important to us all.
Your community would not have formed a civic association if that were
not the case. Become a member of CCOBH, and lend your support to our
efforts. You will not only be helping our community but all the other
communities in Brandywine Hundred. Become part of the solution.

And becoming a member is easy. Just click the Forms link below. The Forms Link (PDF) brings up a pdf form which can be printed, filled out and mailed back to us.
Whether joining CCOBH for the
first time, renewing or just updating your membership information, mail your
completed form to:
CCOBH, P.O. Box 753, Claymont, DE 19703-0753Dues are made payable to CCOBH. Membership
is only $25 per year. To help support our efforts, we also request an
additional contribution of $1 for each household in your organization.
Smaller contributions are also appreciated. Memberships paid during the
current fiscal year (1 July - 30 June) remain current until the end of
the following fiscal year.
