CCOBH (The Council of Civic Organizations of Brandywine Hundred) thanks to everyone who attended our November 3rd Seminar, “Homeowners and Civic Associations:  Beyond The Basics”, a repeat of the 2nd of its series of seminars for assistance to current or future board members of Civic Associations in Brandywine Hundred.

 This seminar, led by CCOBH President, Robert J. Valihura, Jr., Esquire, included the fiduciary duties imposed on board members, reporting obligations, the limitation of liability of directors and many of the “beyond the basics” of addressing the Board’s role in overseeing deed restriction enforcement.

We are pleased that many of our member associations took this opportunity to learn what you needed to know, to more confidently, effectively and knowledgeably represent your community.
