YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program-Starting November 12th at the Claymont Community Center

A diabetes prevention program is being offered by the YMCA at the Claymont Community Center next Monday, November 12th.

Hope you can save a life by sharing the information to friends, family, co-workers and neighbors.

The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program will start on November 12th at the Claymont Community Center at 6pm! The program is for those that have prediabetes or may be at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Risk factors include (2 or more may put you at high risk):
-Having a parent or sibling with type 2 diabetes
-Being 45 years of age or older
-Exercise 2 or less times per week
-Had Gestational Diabetes or a baby over 9lbs
