New Castle County has worked with the Recorder of Deeds Michael Kozikowski and State Ombudsman Chris Curtin to develop the Community Association Portal, a web page and application which is a free service enabling access to miscellaneous real estate documents and recorded plans. This free service is modeled after the paid subscription service that allows access to all recorded documents.
The Community Associations Portal centralizes all services and information for Maintenance Corporations, Condominium Associations/Cooperatives and Civic Associations. This is a multi-department effort working with the State Ombudsman Chris Curtin. One of the main focus points is to collect and record for free the important governing documents required of HOAs.
