At the request of the State of Delaware, Nemours is providing COVID-19 vaccinations to our community. We hold our vaccination clinics at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children (N/AIDHC) by invitation and appointment only. We do not operate walk-up or drive-in mass vaccination events.
We are asking our associates for assistance with identifying anyone you know who is aDelaware resident age 65 or older and is interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine at N/AIDHC. Eligible individuals MUST live in Delaware and MUST be age 65 or older. While we are especially interested in reaching vulnerable or at-risk seniors, we hope to be able to vaccinate anyone meeting these eligibility criteria.
Process:
· Eligible individuals should complete the survey using the link below, or have someone complete the survey on his/her behalf.
· Once the survey closes, we will email a scheduling link to everyone on the registration list.
· Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis. Completing the survey does not guarantee someone an appointment.
· Anyone who does not secure an appointment will have their name placed on a will-call list and be contacted when additional appointments become available.
Important:
Please be mindful that demand for the vaccine remains higher than the available supply, therefore we have a limited number of appointments available. We ask that you do not publicly share the survey link via social media or with large groups.
