Brandywine School District Success Plan Project and Survey

Brandywine School District is seeking input from as many stakeholders as possible – families, staff, students, and community members. Your input is part of the data-driven guide the school uses to improve student achievement and strengthen the overall performance.

The goal of the Success Plan is to identify what is working, determine what needs improvement, and outline specific actionable steps, timelines, and measures of success. In short, the Success Plan is Brandywine School District’s blueprint for progress.

As key stakeholders, the Brandywine School District School Board kindly requests that you complete the “Success Plan Survey”. Your responses and thoughts regarding the work they do in the following areas will help shape this critical blueprint for progress and success.

The Brandywine School District is asking you to comment on

(1) What do you think Brandywine Schools should do?

(2) Identify what they are doing well; and

(3) How do Brandywine schools need to improve?

Please answer those questions for each of the following critical areas:

  • High-impact instruction and student achievement
  • Culture, climate, and community
  • Staff recruitment, retention, and teacher voice
  • Operational excellence and fiscal stewardship

Please provide your thoughts and suggestions by completing the “Success Plan Survey”.  https://www.brandywineschools.org/successplan

Thank you in advance for your participation in the Brandywine School District Success Plan Project and Survey.
